It’s about time, Starbucks! As much as I love smearing their new avocado spread on a spouted grain bagel, I was ready for something a little more substantial. And evidently they knew, because they just came out with a bunch of new food items, including a certified vegan grab-and-go meal.

Their Vegan Lentils & Vegetables Protein Bowl with Brown Rice offering — which is currently being sold in major U.S. cities — is full of plant-based goodness. The hearty combination is topped with butternut squash, roasted tomatoes, and sunflower seeds, as well as a flavorful lemon-tahini dressing.

With 23 grams of protein and more than a cup of veggies (OK butternut squash, we get you’re technically a fruit), it’s a filling option that will be available year-round. And at .45-.45 a pop depending on where you buy it, it’s a deal that’s hard to beat.
